My first mandala was created in art school at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, before I knew the word mandala. It was light in my mind represented as colors coming from the third eye, light I saw in meditation. These pieces were created from photos I took of creation, with reverence to creation. I give thanks to The Most High for the beauty of nature. I hope they are transcendent and uplifting. Thank you for viewing these works.
